The decision for the best system architecture is on of the most critical aspects oft the design of a new ETC system. Since the start of the system design of the Swiss HVF scheme in 1994, FELA engineers have successfully supported Toll Chargers and Governmental Agencies in all architectural aspects of ETC systems.
When it comes to implementation of new tolling schemes or improvements and upgrades to an existing scheme, FELA can take over the project management with full responsibility for all or defined parts of such an implementation.
For us, customer relations does not end with the delivery of OBUs or any infrastructure products. It is our aim to support you with dedicated services throughout operational lifetime of the scheme.
