When the architecture of a new Electronic Toll Collection System has been defined, the Toll Charger is typically decided in a tendering procedure. We take over the project management for bidding consortia and can so ensure the optimal bid.

When a consortium has been successful in its bid, and all contracts have been signed, the system is ready for the implementation phase. We have significant experience in the project management of such a complex system implementation.

In the Swiss HVF System, we have supported Swiss Customs as the official Toll Charger in the implementation of the scheme with our project management team. Our project management was fully responsible for the design and implementation of the OBU set-up procedure and installation equipment, the full security concept including a certificate root server, design and realisation of the preprocessing of incoming charge data and the internet support for the declaration of charge data.
